BREEDING
A fish will breed 20% of time (this percentage should be
a variable!)
When a fish breeds, it will place a new fish in EVERY empty
ADJACENT location
When a fish breeds, it will NOT move
DYING
- A fish will die 8% of time (this percentage should be
a variable!) (this can occur after breeding OR moving)
